So I am not only reading/experiencing the same type of problems listed on here by the guests on hisstank, by Megalopolis, but other companies as well.
I got absolutely ZERO response from smalljoes.com, and after I asked too many questions, I was locked out of my account. It's because all these toy "companies", who pop up, are just emboldened plebeian's, (who are used to canceling orders on customers off eBay, if they don't make enough on their auction, greedily),trying to run major operations, while not being able to handle the volume of customers. Why not, PAY SOME ONE WITH A DEGREE IN BUSINESS, THE FAIR AMOUNT OF MONEY DESERVED, TO MOTIVATE THEM TO RUN YOUR COMPANY? Instead of starting something up, only to run it into the ground. And to smalljoes,com, if you are reading, whoever decides to disregard inquiring customers, and thinks that is good for business, has a brain tumor needs checking. |

So I won't be ordering anything from smalljoes.com-(THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, NO EMAIL, NOT EVEN SMOKE SIGNALS TO BE ABLE TO REACH SMALLJOES.COM IF YOUR ORDER GETS LOST OR DAMAGED). Ever since they raised their shipping rates to absurd levels, I don’t even bother looking.

Looks like the 4 Horsemen have moved shipping back to their New Jersey facility. Not sure if the Arethyr wave will be shipped from their office or from Megalopolis.

Yeah they said something in a recent video or email about anew, fully operational shipping facility. But I'm not sure if they will be shipping Arethyr themselves or only following campaigns.

My Megalopolis experiences.
Ordered the Marvel Legends Colossus/Juggernaut a year or two ago. I looked like an in-stock listing. Nope. Apparently, it was a preorder, but didn't say preorder anywhere. At the time, they had a no-cancel policy on orders. So I waited months for it to arrive. And the listing page suddenly was revised to say preorder. Little shady. I place a 2nd order for a B2Five Laurel which had been out for awhile, so I assumed it was really in stock. It was, and I got it quickly. This September, I purchased a number of items via their damaged packaging sale. Weeks went by with no movement of my order. After 6 weeks, I emailed them asking if they ever planned on actually shipping my order. They blamed Covid (which is acceptable but...6 weeks?) and asked for me to be patient. I gave it another 6 weeks (3 months total) and emailed again. They had recently said they were switching to a new fulfillment company and orders were now allowed to be canceled (what an innovation!). They said the new fulfillment company couldn't fulfill orders placed before Black Friday, so they would cancel my order and give me a refund. So yeah...if you're waiting for an order placed before Black Friday, you'll have to contact them and cancel your order. They apparently don't care to let people know of this development. Also, they said to allow 20 business days for my refund to process. I fully expect them to hope people canceling orders to forget to check if the refund happens. 20 days seems extreme for a refund. The 4Horsement have expanded into a new warehouse and are hiring staff to fulfill orders. They wisely parted ways with Megalopolis. So yeah, avoid Megalopolis at all costs. |

I have an outstanding order and I haven't been getting any kind of response from my emails about it.
I started digging around today, looking at the Utah Secretary of State site to find out who the principle is for Megalopolis with the idea of finding a phone number or contact email. An hour or so later, I got a text saying my order has a UPS tracking number, a notification from the Shop app and an email from Megalopolis saying the order has shipped. Coincidence? Probably, but I'm curious (and foolishly hopeful) to see if it progress further than just a tracking number. Anyone else see some movement on their outstanding order?
