The ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach saw record backlog last month, with 65 cargo ships stuck off of the coast waiting to dock and unload. Combined, the ports are the largest complex in the Western Hemisphere and handle an estimated 40% of inbound containers for the US, making them some of busiest in the world. The recent backlog is just another example of a global supply chain in crisis.
Right now, every single part of the supply chain is backed up - from the overseas shippers to the U.S. receivers - and there are no signs of it dying down anytime soon. Now products are slowly trickling in, but this isn't just a Lanard issue, EVERY manufacturer is facing delays. The price of consumables is increasing at grocery stores , product stock is dwindling and petrol is going through the roof and yet i come across people who aren't connecting the cause and effect. A lack of action figures is going to be the least of our 1st world problems soon if a course correction isn't made shortly. |

So, TKPrime, the Top Gun prototypes are on the ships, too? Or do they exist at all?
Start buying Auganson farms stuff. |

Top Gun would best be served with Hiya or Joy Toy for the figures. We all have enough options for the jets in other lines.

Maybe the fokes that do Final Faction will start getting movie tie-ins. At least they can get stuff in the stores. Do they have a US factory? Maybe, this is a sign that we should make stuff here. Ohio was the toy capital of the world for decades.

Will the next wave of Final Faction make it soon? Or are they stuck with Willie on the boat?

Willie is stuck in them. That is the true Final Faction.

Most of the toys you all enjoy are made outside of the USA so the short answer is yes, if they've left or in route they're in line behind of over 60+ cargo container ships still waiting to be offloaded, and if they have arrived, they still have a process to go from dock to distribution to shelf. It's a lot more complicated than a lot of fans realize. Things are slowly getting here and then its a process to get them from dock to store. so if you haven't seen product yet chances are its still on a boat, or on its way to a distribution center then it will go across the country to your stores.

It truly is amazing to see how many non toy collectors (i'm assuming toy collectors are aware for the sake of this conversation) are completely unaware of not only the port / shipping container issue but the trickle down effect / impact heading North Americas way in the next 60 days.
it's more goal post moving. i would bet there's not a single lanard toy on those ships right now. it's obvious to everyone that toys are not a priority; so. cool rant. |

I wanna see where the Lanard trailers are at the port. I may have to do a spec op to get my Gryphon. Itchweed, I need someone to watch my six so we can break free all those Willies. That would make it a really special-op.
