Yes if only the packaging is removable and we don't have to tear into it.

I wouldn't personally buy this stuff, but it would be cool to see. It will be interesting to see how they replicate the O-ring functionality. I doubt you'll be able to disassemble these.
GI Joe is a cheaper license than Star Wars, but the figures have more articulation, so the cost should be about the same as the Jumbo Kenner figures. Mattel is toying with the idea of Jumbo MOTU. It's the current trend. |

Excellent, now that you mention it that does sound familiar regarding the jumbo Star Wars line.

^ This exactly. I would NOT be interested in an ongoing line. I would just want one SE and one SS on card for display. It would be a great backdrop in a display case.

i would collect them all. the detail would be much better than the crap hasbro makes in 12" at the stores now. you can't compare the gentle giant to some 10.00 retail figure from hasbro. I hope they go forward with it. It would also helpp bring the name back to collector's. Look at SDCC, gentle giant always has star wars stuff and star wars won't ever die. If hasbro can't keep up on the toy line, let Gentle Giant have a crack at it to get people excited about Joe's again.

I would buy a few favorites, but definitely wouldn't collect all of them.
