I'm starting this thread to hopefully act as a repository for all the sculpting info I've run across as well as to get other sculptors on the forum to share their expertise as well. A lot of this info had been posted in a previous thread I started called "who sculpts the Joes?" but changed into more of a "how is it done" thread so if this is all something you have seen before then I apologize but I figured I should repost this info under a new title to help out those who are looking for a helping hand. A big thank you to those who helped out on the original thread, some of the links below came from other Tankers so if you have info you would like to contribute then please do, I see a lot of talent on the Tank and I would love to see more "how-to's" about this subject as well as getting people who want to know-how up and running...

That Pop Sculpture book is pure gold. I bought a copy a while back and it just has so much info about the entire process of creating figures and statues from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone into this hobby or considering getting into the field as a professional.
