I always had an issue with Chrystal Ball. (don't know if he counts as a second tier loser, and he ain't a Viper, but...) I guess it makes seance, a kind of Rasputin character acting as a mystic adviser but how he was pulled off just seemed goofy. I remember going to my local store at the time (Pay Less) and there was nothing but pegs of him.

Ninja Viper is lame. Red Ninja was cool. I don't know what a Viper car alarm is. The rest of these figures were good concepts that lacked the cool execution of better trooper designs. All could be made to be awesome with a creative, detail-oriented approach i.e. the one Pursuit of Cobra line is taking. We already see the idea of an excellent Toxo-Viper forming up in 'Volcano Viper'.

Maybe I'm just the weird Sci-Fi loving geek but as a kid I got a TON of play time out of the Astro Viper. I just thought he looked cool as heck. And I LOVE Space type stuff.

Tele-Viper, but I almost voted Viper Car Alarm, you know that's a Cobra Front Company!

oh man, Frag Viper was always one of my favorites!
He's a tier 1 viper, fo shizzle. Just look at all the Frag customs on the 'tank. Tele-Viper would be a tier 1 as well, he made it to the 25th line before the original Viper did.. In fact, he was ARAH before the original Viper.

Tele-Viper has moved up on my list since I rewatched the scene in "Arise, Serpentor, Arise" where he has "HATE" showing on his visor. Cool!

Hmm...I consider all Vipers other then the original "B-Rated". As a former signal soldier I'm going with Tele-Viper. They should have been Cobra's answer to cool comm guys like Breaker. Alas, their lame ass uniform kind of kills it. I'd love to see an all new PoC remake of the Tele-Viper. Hell, I may make one myself, now.
