The entirety of Cobra: The Last Laugh, but particularly the response to the directive, "Now kill your enemy."

I loved the GI Joe movie intro post and that would definitely be my #3. My top 2, however, are also both from the cartoon.
1. Sgt. Slaughter's first appearance in "Arise, Serpentor, Arise!" When he jumps out of his tank and takes out those BATs... it was epic. 2. Scene in the animated movie when Falcon is introduced to Sarge and the Renegades. "You expect me to walk?" "No, you can run!" That is incredible to this day. |

I think its issue 110 of the marvel run where a Saw Viper guns down a hand full of joes. Definitely a turning point as how I looked at the joe comics

The first episodes I had on vhs as a kid was "The Funhouse". To this day I remember those awsome cobra balloons filled hallucinating gas.
Was it ridiculous yes but ridiculous is memorable |

I had a couple but the most "heavy" was when Golobulus was fighting Falcon and he says, "The last thing you will hear is the cracking of your vertebrae, One... By... One!" The only other line that stuck in my mind from that time was in the Transformers move when Megatron levels his cannon at Iron Hide and says, "Such heroic nonsense." before shooting him in the face.
Growing up with some of these characters they just never said anything like that before, it was villains acting villainous with malicious intent that stuck in my mind.

I remember Steeler running along a levee and yelling "we've all died and gone to the devil!" in Worlds Without End from the Sunbow series.

Crud- a couple of these posts about dark undertones reminded me of that nightmare machine episode with Low Light too. That was also incredible.
