Thank you, everyone, for the kind words. Much appreciated.
Tonight is just a small tweak. I am in the tiny minority that interprets the character of Shooter as 1.) a man. 2.) the silly throwaway character he was meant to be. 3.) not separate from the original team. As such, I originally built my Shooter kitbash to look a lot like my other OG13 builds: mostly green, mostly V1 MTF parts. I had slowly become ambivalent over how he looked, so I decided to spruce him up a tiny bit. I felt my OG kitbashes could be put, very broadly, into two camps. the figures were either in a green/black color scheme or a green/brown color scheme. I figured I would make Shooter green, black, AND brown. I gave him some brown on his webgear and a little bit on his legs. Other than that, I gave him just a couple of updated parts and went ahead and made him African-American as a little nod to the female Shooter that seems to be canon. SHOOTER (V1): 1982

Instead of another kitbash, I thought I would show my behind-the-scenes setup and random stuff I use for my kitbashes.
First is my Parts Bin. Of course it is 95% Marauders with a little dash of Boss Fight and G.I.Joe thrown in. My ultimate goal is to use all the parts, but I am sorely in arrears. Next is my Husky. My wife gave me this for my birthday one year knowing that I had a problem with toy dolls. Bottom drawer is my kitbash catalogue. I have no place to display my customs, so they sit in storage. Next drawer is more customs. These are the figures that require larger clamshells. They have bigger accessories like missile launchers or jetpacks. My small vintage collection is in the little shoebox on the right. Next drawer is my bags and my label maker and my larger magnifying glass sets. Next drawer has my paints Next are my tools Here we have my box of figure parts (mostly G.I.Joe) and my waterslide decals I have been at this for a long time, so naturally I have over flow. This box is just standard kitbashes. You can see that it is just itching to be filled. This box is my deluxe collection. (Random vintage Raiders Map Room on top. My vintage Ark of the Covenant is SOMEWHERE around) And lastly is my light box (jury-rigged with some hiking lights cuz it is falling apart) and some in-production kitbashes.

Are all the customs posted within these pages? I dont' recognize them all, but I'm sure I've seen some of them a while ago and have forgotten- all's the more to enjoy them again with another scroll through of this page.
also, is that a pink marauder body on what I assume is Dragonsky?

Of course I have deleted old pictures from the hosting site from time to time so several of the pic codes have been destroyed, leaving those all-too-familiar blue IMAGE NOT FOUND boxes on a lot of my pages. I also post all my stuff on JoeCustoms so my stuff is much more concise over there. My handle over there is Robrauder if anyone wants to take a look. As for Dragonsky, I dipped a white Marauder body into some synthetic Magenta RIT dye. It worked pretty well on the soft plastic, but does not really work on the harder plastic, so the knees are still mostly white.
