The FLAK-MK II, while being similar in name to the original FLAK, is leaps and bounds ahead in technological advancements. It no longer uses traditional explosive projectiles, but instead employs a high density round fired electromagnetically at extremely high velocity. The resulting impact generates incredible kinetic energy and penetrates all known armour systems. With its precision guidance system, which can be linked to satellite targeting or ground level laser targeting, it is a formidable weapon against both mobile and stationary targets. It has been dubbed the "HISS Slayer" by the grunts who operate it.

It looks like 2 Halo gauss cannons mounted on a FLAC chassis with a Cobra flight pod for the seat. That's what I can see so far.
