Really really great job on this. At first I thought you had used parts from that Ninja Battles playset but you then you said you scratch built all of it... Wow!

Most of it was from Home Depot, really. The rest was stuff around the house.

Dude! Spot on!
The background is deceptively simple yet it's complexity does not deter from the figures... does that make sense? An excellent background! kudos on the use of, "make-due," objects. I love stuff like this.
