how can I remove the upper torso from the stomach area? I tried with POC dusty just to snap it off, but didnt want to apply too much pressure... i wanted to remove his skirt..lol

Just follow the tutorial at the beginning of this thread. I just did this with the PoC dusty (I wanted his skirt too) and had no problem. Once the upper torso is cracked the skirt will slide up. The waist has some details like small pouches that the skirt has been molded over, a little wiggling will pop it right over those pouches.

FYI, I split a 25th. Cobra Airtrooper's lower body (that blue one with the web gear, anyway) using my adjustable wrench. I applied pressure until I heard a faint *crack*. With the help of a small flat screw driver I was able to pull the parts apart very cleanly.

and how can you removed destros vest with his arm blocking it? his vest cannot split away open.
