Finally after years of being pretty much barren in terms of video games, the good Doctor is finally headed to consoles. Nintendo is the first to jump on board with popular Wii and DS titles planned. Check it out!

I'm not very familiar with pre-modern Who, but a game seems like a great way to explore a bit of the history out of continuity. Crossovers between doctors, or levels in parallel timelines. What if you started as the first Doctor and regenerated wheb you died? What if you could use a console compatible camera to make yourself the next regeneration?
I'm sure it'll just be based around Matt Smith and the direction of the next season. I'm imagining a connection between making games and the hip young new direction the series looks to be aiming for this time. Exploring could be great fun on PS3 and 360, but I'm not sure what kind of action could be fun without being out of character. I'd love to BFG some Daleks though. |

Oh Lord, please just let them be good.
If there is a God, Steve Moffet will pen the script for this and make it genuinely pants-sh***ing. |

this could be good if done correctly, I'd like to have all of the doctors in there somehow, either as unlockable characters or as collectibles in the games

Start out as Matt Smith in the fist episode, and then having the incident remind him of something that happened long ago, which flashbacks and has you playing as a different Doctor every episode until the final few when your Smith again for the endgame. It would be a great excuse to have every living companion and doctor in one project (with soundalikes for the ones who've passed on) and every major villain he's ever faced in every incarnation. Too much? |

I had an idea about how I would do one, and it would be pretty ambitious.
