I think perhaps I figured out how to fix things by going in to order history at the matty site and changing my credit card information on it. It is unfortunate that in the 30 minutes I was on the phone with Shohreh Agdashloo she did not suggest that...so perhaps it is a useless gesture at this point anyway.
Or perhaps she did. I could only decipher every third or fourth word she said. Ugh. She did say something that sounded like their computer system will try to charge the order again automatically in "2 business days" or some such. throws hands up I am pretty sure I am red-flagged in their system b/c I always call with a complaint/rant about something. I actually think I made a supervisor cry two weeks ago. He sounded all teary eyed once he came back from placing me on a "brief" hold.

Someone screwed up my shipment. It arrived in Tucson yesterday, but was forwarded to a different PO for some reason. I don't have it and Cornerstone Logistics and USPS showed it as delivered although the most recent destination detail shows it at a post office. Today it shows processed through sort facility at a different PO. My zip is 85746. The first PO was 85706, the current sort PO is 85726. Let's see how long this takes to get to me...

Jesus.... Mattel are a nightmare.I was furious I had to cancel my sub(because of shadow Weaver)but now Im kinda relieved.
I can get the stuff from one of my guys on Ebay and although I will have to overpay for SW Im not too gutted because when Mattel/DR REALLY get things wrong its a nightmare to straighten out-if you can at all. |
