I was really excited when Mattel announced it's 3 3/4 Toy Story figures but I'm just not happy with Mattel's 3 3/4 Toy Story offerings thus far, but I have been looking at these Gashapon Toy Story figures for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. These are some really great figures with some diverse articulation and pretty good sculpting for the size. They appear to be about the size of Mattel's toys, but cost less and pack more bang for their buck.
Check out these full reviews not available anywhere else! Infinite Hollywood: Toy Story Mini Figures Thanks for reading. |

I believe I'll have to pick these up. My wife would kill for a Jessie in this scale, and I had never seen them until now.

Yeah they're pretty unheard of. Which is a shame considering they're pretty good quality for the size and price.

Are these sturdy enough for light play/posing?

They're definitely sturdy enough for play, but the pegs on the hands and such are small so I wouldn't let little kids at them. But as long as you aren't throwing them on the floor or anything they're great.
As I said in the review, you can pop the arms and legs out easily on most the figures (Buzz's legs don't pop out) and pop em right back in. So they can definitely withstand some play trauma. |

Those are neat. My girl collects the the Combat Heroes type ones that come in the 2-pack. I'm pretty sure she'll love these. I like em.

I think the Hamm from those would fit in well with these. I plan on picking a few up to round out the collection.
