4" Fortnite from Jazwares

saw these for the first time IRL at a 2nd and Charles, which is always over priced anyway. They look like well done figures but too cartoony for my joeverse. One question, does Raptor's headset come off or is it molded to his head?

Seems to be glued on. I don't think you'll get it off without doing a bit of damage to it or the head.

Thanks. Bummer, I didn't really plan on spending that kind of money for a headset anyway, but it struck me as cool.

Looking doubtful due to popularity, but if the building sets ever get cheaper, I might try one of those.

Thanks! I literally stumbled across the four pack five minutes after posting that. I also picked up one of the Adventure Wheels plumbing vans. Candy Appel is going to be reimagined. I can hear the gritty, noir narration now...

This one is going to be fun. Gotta wait for another warm day so I can start painting her van....

Not sure what I’m gonna do with dinosaur guy or My Little Pony girl, but this guy just needed a bit of paint to live on my Asgardian/Hobbit shelf.

As I've got an All-In combo-universe I just say all the 'fun' characters are low-mid level super-dudes resulting from an incident when the Scarlet Witch was gassed with the Joker's Smilex and reality went all tits-up again. In the tradition of those old Annual Crossover tales where new characters got intro'd to little acclaim, they kept their powers when reality and the Witch were restored to normal.

Others with more traditional designs likely warrant more individual origins if they get included into my 'verse instead of cannibalized for fodder.

Raptor's earphones are hot-glued in place on square pegs sticking out from where his ears should be, and peeled off with my thumb. The 'phones are useable afterwards (allowing for the square holes on their 'insides') but Raptor's head will need some putty build-up for ear-mounds to be good for re-use.
