TNI posted a link to the cop car set on walmart.com, which has many photos. The doors don't open, the entire roof and greenhouse of the car lifts up and there are no back seats, only fronts...I'm kinda glad because it means one less thing to waste money on. Definitely an awesome set for kids though. Thanks Spin Masters!

Yeah, sucks because I would like a GCPD cop car...I guess since I never play with this shit it really doesn't matter, but it's the principle of the thing, dammit! lol Maybe if I see it on sale/clearance...

https://www.facebook.com/empiretoywo...=page_internal yes a "land speeder" style cop car could be done with it, but if im being honest with myself it'll just end up under my work bench in the garage next to the other stuff i want to give this treatment to. and there's a lot. |

Grabbed one of the new Batman's today. Kind of a cool figure. Reminds me of the Arkham Knight figure from the DC Multiverse 4 inch line. Passed on Selena Kyle but will get her eventually and the penguin one as well which would just make a cool civilian.

Yeah, I was surprised by how much I like the Batman that came with the Batmobile. I'm thinking the Penguin is terrific for the accessories alone.

i had penguin in my hand, but i just didnt have any energy to buy him. no idea what i would use him for because as the penguin certainly isnt one of those things. i dont need anything else from hot topic batman.
i mean, just because he's a fat guy doesnt mean it's a hole in my collection i'd need to fill. do i buy him, and maybe if i ever build this space station thing im working on just toss him behind something and let him collect dust - and before that just sit in the plastic drawer bin with star wars figures also waiting for that to happen? maybe if i ever see him at a flea market. im kind of tapped out buying action figures that i wont immediately be doing anything with. i thought "oh, kingpin" but i also hate this modern soft as shit plastic because i cant get it to ever sand smooth enough so i then immediately counted that out- and im not some philistine when it comes to customizing action figures. ive been doing it and prop making the last half of my life. Picked up the Spinmaster Batmobile today. Already got it disassembled. Trying to decide who should drive it and what color to paint it.
Current possible drivers: JoyToy Steiner and Boyeng Feng Fortnite Tempest and Cyclo Fortnite 8-ball & Gold-Ball or 8-Ball & Scratch JoyToy Blue Falcon & ???? I may have to just look thru my metallic paints or pick up some new ones and see what inspires me. |
