I revisited Kaos late last night as I decided to paint the legs black to avoid the jeans look and make sure it's closer to the look of the original character. I'll update the pics later today. Cheers for stopping by!

There's a Darth Fabulous now? ;-)
Those Skeletrons are ACE man! Love the look differentiation between the lead and the goons and the cloaks are just bad@$$! BUT... My fave is Dreadnok Kaos! He's awesome! Great build and colors (love the jeans... maybe keep um!) and I knew who he was immediately! Super cool stuff bro! Lots of fun to look at ...and all demons I wouldn't want to mess with! =-O . Man Kaos build has been pending for a while since I got the gear from Avacslab. Same with a couple of other Dreadnoks. The spare of jeans legs and BFS bare torso/arms showed me the way. I like the jeans look so I ended up painting another set of legs black for two different looks. Speaking of bare torsos, I pre-ordered the champaign beige from BFS last summer and still waiting. Oh yeah there's definitely a Darth Fabulous and he's a regular of the Dark Side Cheers for stopping by brother! Quote:
I believe it's one of your customs that inspire me to paint BFS legs black, not remember which one, maybe 2Pac but it was a sweet look! Thanks for stopping by!

Kaos reminds me of Jagi from Fist of the North Star; great design!

The Skeletons are amazing, and the face on Kaos is perfect. What the source head for him?

Thank you for the kind words! Kaos head is the spare head Eagle Force Major Draconis came with. That's one of the things I like about EF figures, they came with additional heads etc but they're also a bit more expensive.

February 1st Hasbro announced the upcoming release of Starkiller (Galen Marek) and I love that figure so I was so excited considering I never own any of the previous versions. A few days later and I decided to make my own with parts I already had laying around. Really pleased with how it came out. Still getting the new release though and take side-side photos for comparison.

Thanks man, I suspected you'd want to check this one out. Your Star Wars customs thread offers a good amount of inspiration so I make a point to always go back and use it as reference. Cheers for stopping by!
I'm a fan of the Armorer, a basic character from the Mandalorian show. Never liked the size of those figures Hasbro has been releasing so I try to recreate at times certain characters I like so the Armorer is up! Last edited by paokole; 02-04-2023 at 11:52 PM.. |
