Yeah, and it may be the best I've ever done painting a head. LOL! Everything turned out perfect on Chuck which I was really happy about b/c that vintage figure meant a lot to me growing up since my grandpa bought it for me on a trip we took together to California (from NC) when I was kid. Sadly the one in the picture isn't my original.

Yeah, I definitely lucked out getting to experience the entire original ARAH run and just both decades of cartoons in general. Definitely a lot of heavy hitters but also hidden gems in both decades so fun to have nostalgia towards both eras. Rambo I definitely remember being a cool cartoon so it’s on the list as I work through other stuff I have to watch. ————- That Chuck is PERFECT! Looks so great next to the original. Love the head sculpt and you totally nailed his hair color. That’s one where when I do him, going to be very close to what you put down, just such an awesome custom. Super Ninja is awesome too! Another where you just did a great job replicating the unique look of the original. The hair sculpting and doing the logo too that way are top notch. Fighting alongside the Joe ninjas makes such an awesome photo.

Me too. I need to get back to doing more shots with the Joes. They were the reason I picked this scale and I've moved away from even including them in group shots since they aren't customs.

Haha, I’ll call them equals. I have way too many fond memories of both decades.

As I said above they were what made me choose this scale both vintage and modern era and yet I've stopped using them in my pictures.

Past and Present
Centurions I'm especially happy with these guys as the gear comes from all over the place to try and match the vintage figures. I've tried to lay out the vintage equipment to really display everything. Ace Max Jake Doc Terror and Hacker Doc Terror Hacker

These are even more impressive when seen side by side. You can really appreciate the effort that went into the recreations. Great work!
(That and I'm reminded again what cool toys we had as kids) |

So much win there with the centurions. These might be my favorites you’ve done.
Serious amounts of clay mold. Bravo. .

My personal favorites remain the silverhawks, but from a technical perspective, the centurions are next level
