Nice commitment to Tiger Force. Solid crisp paint on those stripes. Really dig the Beachhead, too.
I feel bad because you have thoughtful things to say about my work, so I’d like to say more considered and expansive statements, but it is what is it. You pump out cool ideas with creative solutions, and you do it with fantastic execution. Sometimes, all there is to say is “that shit is dope!”

Super awesome execution of Tiger Force Mutt here!! Your paint apps are always so nice and crisp, just the perfect amount of paint addition...I guess you have an innate ability to restrain your hand from going off the rails and that's why you're successful in delivering fantastic customs each time!
Love your comic action scenes as always |

I appreciate it whenever someone takes time to leave a comment so if you want to write a book or something more compact like, “that shit is dope!”, all cool to me, just fun to see people are into the customs I do, especially because I enjoy tackling the versions that weren’t always the most popular. So as always, much appreciate the comments and you always hopping in the thread to see what I’m up to! Quote:

Love your comic action scenes as always Haha, appreciate it! Was fun to get the orange group together and also to get those Rock Vipers in on the action (even though they got stomped by the Joe’s, haha), think those were the first pictures I really took of those outside of group shots. Quote:
Thanks! Was really entertaining to get to mess with the rock vipers gear and also to get my old childhood MOTU playset out to stage some shots. Those old play sets always come in handy, even when they’re stripped of parts. Haha, been nice to pump out a bunch of customs in a short amount of time again, especially a few that came easy to me. Now I have to do some work to finish older customs & come up with new ideas to clear out some more of my bins. As always, thanks for all of the comments, everyone!

Great stuff man. I remember when John asked me to take a bunch of parts (old and new) and copy the Spec Ops camo pattern and apply it to those parts (the hat and vest you used are 2 examples). I was so nervous waiting to hear back from him to see what he thought. Pretty cool to see them in use now.

Thanks, I appreciate it!
Oh, you nailed it because I think that geared up figure was a favorite of everyone’s! The camo pattern made all of his gear look epic. Glad Marauder John felt the same way and got those pieces out to us! Great job!

Thanks, Yeet!
Up next are a group that initially started as me copying Kuh_Rupht’s awesome Scar-Face using the blue German blank but then got spun off into a new idea, my Cobra Navy. His awesome version is here: https://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-j...r-customs.html So really easy builds here, just various tweaks to the new blue German so since they are all similar I figured I’d just post them together, gave them all names too: Up first is my Cobra Admiral inspired by the episode of the cartoon, Sink the Montana. This one came as a suggestion from my Brother. He had a fun look and an awesome logo on his hat, so I tried to draw that free hand and then just gave him some more red accents so he would pop more: Admiral Kerilia (Jerdon’s sea Snake) Then the Commander of my Cobra Navy. Another easy build & another use for a John Wick head! I gave him chrome accents to make him a little different from the Admiral. Also dropped a Cobra logo on him. Commander Pelarnis (yellow-bellied sea snake) And then finally my Cobra Sea Snakes, originally it was supposed to be a Scar-Face but since I didn’t have a good head to use there, I started with a red Marauder balaclava. Then much like the Commander, I wanted a different accent color so I went with yellow, which eventually turned his balaclava from the familiar red to the yellow. I thought it gave it a fun new look so I adopted the yellow balaclavas into my Cobra Trooper ranks. Cobra Sea Snake And then because up until this point my convention Cobra Commander custom was a man without a group, I switched him over to my nautical group too: And I think the first ever pics of my Rise of Cobra dropship, seemed like a good match with a Cobra carrier.

This Cobra nautical or navy crew is out of this world!!! I'm totally with you, it's imperative that your convention Cobra Commander is surrounded by capable and badass associates! Admiral Kerilia as his right hand looks fantastic as the rest of the team.
You took the blue German blank and created some really cool stuff here. Great work!! |

Those Cobras look fantastic! I was on thr fence about grabbing some blue Germans, but these have me convinced that I have to grab at least a few.
