Well well.
If you found yourself here, you know by now you arent getting modern updates to classic figures. You're getting a new era of Joes. Don't care what anyone says, Range Viper is a bad ass and has always been a favorite of mine. So I gave him a whole new direction. I thought, why use a skull helmet ? I will reverse. He will have a Robotical Head inside of his helmets. I did keep it close to his original paints and used the yellow sparingly, but in the right places. serious amounts of custom work even outside torsos, dremeling heads, clayed up, wrist switch, you name it. this guy has it all. evne magnets to hold his helmet on his belt, same for his rifles, and comms. All hand painted (even the eyes were used with a light paint technique), Here is Range Viper:

I agree that Range Vipers should be badass and intimidating to go up against. Looks awesome!

That homeboy is intense. I like the bulkier look, like he'd be on the battle field laying down fire, with small arms ammo just bouncing off of him. This guy is a boogey monster, which is exactly what a Range Viper should be.

You keep raising the bar higher and higher. Never really got into the Range Vipers because that was when I was growing out of Joes. But when I first learned about the Range Vipers, man I wish I didn't miss that time of Joe.
Awesome job Slice. Love his tablet on his wrist. Love the more haunting skeleton look. You made this guy feared and badass. |

Yowsers! Another unique take on an established character (or in this case, trooper). The parts are meshed so well, it's hard to tell what came from where. The torso is from Angel Forge, as it has DNA from that site all over it. The arms... MTF Brit, as best I can guess. The legs... either the MTF Brit or the German Panzer Grenadier I am guessing. They are similar molds, if not the same, for the lower legs, and you've covered the thighs with enough goodies to make them difficult to identify. In addition, a lot of JoyToy, MTF and Joe items that I recognize in there, but there are a lot I cannot identify. Once again you've done a spectacular job of making this character/figure your own, so no one will accuse you of copying their design. Kudos on your originality, which keeps me coming back to see what you've done.
