i like the head sculpt , the torso armour i used on my custom over a year ago , it's ok , not outstanding but pretty passable , lets face it , with the randomness of the club it could have been a lot worse !!!! the helmet makes me wonder if ninja force Bushido isn't the 13th figure for fss6

Not bad. I don't like the helmet they used though as it is too 'big'. Also, I find the top is not proportional to the bottom but it is a nice re-imagination of the vintage one and the colors work. Just seems something is missing when you see how the armor just ends. Although I like it, I think I will stick with my own Budo custom, unless I can get the club one cheap somehow and use some of the vintage parts used on mine.

Are you guys kidding? It's a mess. Nevermind that it's a straight repaint of the retaliation version, exercising no creativity at all.
Head sculpt is nice though.

My major gripe is the flow is not good. The armor looks to be missing something because of how abruptly it ends from the bottom. They should have given him a lower skirt or something to finish off the armor look, even if it would not be vintage accurate. That's why I left the lower armor on my custom (though I had to modify it to be not so restrictive).
I am genuinely happy that I don't need the club Budo as I don't have an inside track on getting one. Although the headsculpt does look nice.

I like budo from the waste up. Nighthawk is right that he kind of looks funny with the armour just ending at his waste & I hate those damn feet. I would have been happier with a better set of legs but honestly the figure could have been worse. The new head looks good. And I could totally see them reusing this build for Bushido.

Kind of hit and miss. Colors and head sculpt are good, mold/garments seem to be missing something essential to looking like armor rather than some kind of futuristic bathrobe and pajamas. He looks a bit lost in that helmet too.
