If it's just loose at the actual joint, I'm thinking a little blue tac or glue / super glue, or tricks similar to that one using stuff that makes the joint tighter, will work since you can actually get clear access to the waist joint. The problem with the darn ab-crunch issue is you really can't get to the joints easily.
Bahahahahaha!

Got mine from Target online. He's loosy-goosey as hell, like sleeve of wizard.
Ab crunch is almost as bad as Arctic Storm Shadow....the gap in the actual waist and crotch piece is huge....legs are a bit floppy. Very disappointing cause this was supposed to be a 10/10 figure and one of my favorite characters and definitely it's his best look. |

He poses well so it isn't really an issue for me.

Ugh! Well, so far the voting makes it seem like this is a pretty widespread problem. I guess consider yourself lucky if you get one that is not flimsy or loose. A real shame a figure who was so highly anticipated and had people so excited has a glaring issue that tempers that.
It would be more manageable if the issue wasn't so severe, but it sounds like most of you have Fireflys with extremely loose abs and/or waists that make him as loose as the Juice. He looks great! I'm holding my breath until I get mine, which should be sometime next week.

Nice! Glad yours is good. I mean with your Saboteaur username and Firefly profile avatar, it's fitting you got a good one lol

Despite the floppiness, Firefly is dope as hellll.
I prefer him without the arm guards or goggles....pure old school for me! I also wedged his remote in between the grenades on his belt since there's nowhere else to store it. Try that method out and lemme know if you guys approve. |

My Firefly has the loose ab-crunch. Low-Light and PP Crimson Guard are kinda loose as well. Not that big of a deal when they're standing on a self but for the price of these things you'd think they'd be constructed better. I'll echo what Winter Collector was saying about the plastic ties holding the figures to the cardboard being too tight, and possibly causing these issues.
