I just got hold of the new Firefly 84 and he is an excellent figure, but I am having some serious issues getting the backpack to stay on. The peg is very short and is rounded on the end in a way that makes me think it possibly didn't fill completely in the mold. Anyone else have issued with this, or have a pic of the backpack peg so I can see if mine is defective?

I think you may have a bad one, mine has no issues. But I have had 3 or 4 Classified figures where the peg just does not like to really fit into that pack hole securely (they'll go in, but slowly pop out or sort of twist and turn slowly). A few of my figures (like the Eel for example) I thought also had the issue, but after fussing around and getting the peg to go in at the perfect angle, it works fine. Tripwire also had the same thing where at first it seemed like the pack and peg hole were bad, but then I got it to go in securely and satisfactory after just trying it from every single angle lol Sort of a trial and error thing. Some figures the packs go right in perfectly and then others have slight issues.

The peg goes in fine on mine, it's just so short that it pops back out the moment you move him. The thickness of his straps means the pack wont sit close enough to his back for it to go in all the way. I would say the peg is about 4mm in length total, but the rounded off end means only about 2.5 to 3mm of the peg is actually useable. Sounds like I may have to mod the peg to add some length.
