Got mine in the mail yesterday as well, nothing missing that I know of, and no duplicates. strangely though, Stormavik was packaged inside the large sealed baggie but outside the inner bag with all of the rest- maybe he was put in solitary confinement? Anyway, the bags were all sealed and untampered with and everything is there. Is Horror SHow supposed to have a knife? He uses Shadow Tracker's vest and there's a sheath at the back but I didn't get a knife with him. Anyway, I have a whole drawer full of bladed weapons and gave him one that fits perfectly. These figures are fantastic, all of them.
