No clue. There's been no announcement from Hasbro that these are even coming out. It's kind of weird.
IDW, which has a VERY GOOD relationship with Hasbro now has the Jurassic Park comic book liscense. You'd think that if Hasbro was going to do a whole new line of JP related stuff, with figures like these, that they'd have some kind of media support (comic book or maybe a cartoon on the hub?) but IDW's first JP book is in the movie continuity. It's a big mystery.

Agreed. Its a great use of molds that easily adds to the Joe line, and keeps another property alive as well. What I've been wondering is since the lines between Joe and JP are being blurred will we see a new set of Dino Hunters even if their not called Dino Hunters? |

I'm wondering that. I'm wondering if they're waiting to announce the toyline when they announce the media tie-in. Very strong possibility.

Awesome find.
And 6.9 bucks for it is really a good price. this is the kind of kitbash i wouldn't mind to see more often! Maybe this is the reason we've been seeing picks, axes and that kind of stuff on Joes since the beginning...i think it makes more sense on a JP line than joes. Looks like they're onto something definitely, since the facial tattoo it's pretty specific. Doesn't seems too generic.

...come to think of, wasn't a Dino Hunters line or something like that with Joes?
Makes the Spirit-Billy-Turok even more suspicious...
