GI Joe 25th.com Update: Blade Destro

Hey I have a question. Is Blade Destro one of the 25 figures for this year, or is he counted as an additional figure to the 25 for this year?

Destro is listed as part of an assortment for 2008...not included in any asst's this year.

I wonder if this figure has any parts reuse from the battle pack Destro, or if it a completely new mold. I'm expecting a slight retool with new accessories, but if its a new mold, that will be interesting. I hope the saber can be mounted on his hip like the old one, a scabbard would be icing on the cake.
