I love the names on the stands! Love em!!!!!! But I just realized something- it'd be great to get retro figures on card that we didn't get in 25th. Like short fuse, steeler, grunt, hawk etc.

I really hope that they do release more OG figures using the Stalker body.

I can see them releasing more if they line continues a few more waves, but I seriously doubt they'll get to all 13. I seriously doubt they'll even get half. The OG guys seems like easy figures to throw into a wave without messing with that wave's production budget (little new tooling). They probably understand that the original guys have decent demand--for the characters themselves or fodder for customizing others.
The issue is that there production runs seem to be limited. Two to three figures per wave? Maybe 3 waves a year a most? How many years do they want to do this? Plus more popular and iconic characters likely take priority, and we know they redo their main 4 (D,SE,SS,CC). Wonder how long it will take to get a rebuilt Snake Eyes. Is 4 waves between two soon? It's about the cheapest figure you could do/redo, and SE is evergreen, but guy was just repacked in Wave 4. I chose Hawk to be my 1st OG13 rebuild because we was easy, no need to mess with refitting webgear or other bits (except for visor+helmet which I skipped). I'd like to do Snake Eyes, but I figured someone would do him pretty quickly, customizer or Hasbro. Plus staying with a green shirt lets me use the body to test other old OG13 25th parts. Axonrey, I'm glad you got to a Snake Eyes so fast, looks good. Also, the head you used was my primary candidate based on its size (lots of the older heads on any previous figure are going to look way undersized on this body). I was worried that the 25th head would look either too small and/or outdated, but it looks great. |

I could see an OG13 SDCC set or something- though I wouldn’t expect it to be everyone- but maybe the guys who didn’t get carded the first time around. I think I’ll tackle Zap or Short Fuze next.

I'd like to confirm if the arms can be removed by heating up the torso, but not sure if the arm connection is a disc or a plug. Probably better to get the chest open first, but I've got lots of other non-destructive experimenting I want to do before that. I have an idea on the leg-knee, but it's semi-nuclear in execution. Same as above, this will have wait until I've tried out other things. Did you see my questionable quality Stalker? Anyone see it yet from the pics? Honestly, I couldn't really see it clearly in the store. Here's a closer one: 2021-06-14_03-38-36 by HissHissFangFang, on Flickr |

Not hard plastic, cuts like butter. I shaved the torso a little underneath the arms to get those arms to sit down better, and it feels like cutting through arm plastic.

This thing is 100% boil and pop. Do not attempt to open the chest. You’ll just slice it in half. Arms pop out, no problem. Not sure how the keg construction works with a pin, so I was afraid to pull them apart, but I’m pretty sure it can be done without permanent damage.
