I think the thing that makes the least sense to me is they include a bunch of accessories but leave out the extra head. Snake Eyes coming with 2 head sculpts in both 3 3/4" and 6" should be a standard accessory. I wish Hasbro would explain why they chose the figures they do and why o-ring isn't being used. I don't mean this in a they owe us a explanation way but rather to learn and get a better of of why things are done. While I don't think Hasbro are saints, I also don't believe they're evil overlords either.

The cobra on the front page is just there for filler and is not the figure being released. The better version of cobra commander is from the retaliation with the helicopter backpack thing. At least in my opinion.

If they release any CC other than the Ultimate version, then we should start to to think this will be a lazy line. Same goes for if we get a 25th/Renegades Scarlett or just a 50th Duke.

The Kwinn torso seems a little wide to me, like it’s meant for a beefier character. Since all the other parts are there, I wouldn’t mind a new torso for a potential Ultimate Duke. Something with his jump wings on.

I should have explained what I was saying in more detail. What I mean is it they want the Retro line to be the modern style figure, I'm completely find if that's the case. Is it the mold don't exist, needs retooling for various reasons or is damaged beyond repair? Is it that completely new molds are a non starter budget wise? My asking probably has more to do with wanting to know more about the inner workings of things. At times this kinda stuff is just as if not more interesting than the product. It also allows you to understand what's going on better.

But at the end of the day I completely understand Hasbro or whoever owes us nothing outside of a good product.

HCC788 just made a good point that the Retro line could have been rush out as a place holder for the movie line. Or to add to that it could be to have non 3 3/4" Joe on pegs along with the movie figures.
