Mine still says 'Tips'. I have a feeling that you have to do something for the bug to resolve. Not sure what it is.

Mine turned to tips late yesterday afternoon as well.

Mine changed to Tips a couple days ago. Mine occurred when I achieved my 1000th Cobra Faction victory. I saw that I was sitting on 999 and decided to play one more match to collect my small prize of 10 diamonds for the big milestone, and after winning the match, I was greeted with Tips preventing me from collecting my prize.

I think you're right. When this all started I was fine, but when I built my 11th radar dish and won the campaign battle, and suppose to get 10 diamonds for it, that's when the tips box showed up. It has something to do with the achievements.

By the Allspark! You guys are onto something here. Come to think of it, this happened immediately after a Campaign Battle. What if it was my 1000th battle?

Mine happened when I leveled up an Oil depot to 5, should have been an achievement unlock.

I got a message back from "Help", they said "the developers are aware of this problem and will push a fix later this week". So there's hope.
