Usually they won’t charge you for it until after the second wave is shipped out.

I don’t mind the delay since it means we might not have the second charge until after Joecon is over

In the latest club magazine it says, “ ...the second & third billings some time in early July (as we will delay the billing until after the convention) and the middle of August. Exact details will follow when we have the shipment in hand.”
