I cannot wait until these hit clearance! With the amount of stuff coming from this movie and the overall bad buzz on this movie, I am honestly scared for Joe. I see alot of red stickers on these packaged shots.
On another note these figures will be great for customs! |

Macca428 has posted an image of Ripcord(Reactive Impact Armor) in package. This images shows us what to AVOID when this figure arrives on shelves in a few months.

Why is the bloody head so frellin' over sized on all these figures and heavy duty's head is UNDERSIZED and looks like sloth from goonies? If these had better head sculpts they might be good for customs but at the price tag they want for these clearance is the onyl way i would spend my money on these thigns for customizing.

Wow, three posts in and they're all negative. Why, why, why do you even look in threads about the movie stuff if you all hate them so much?
We've all heard it all before. There's even a thread for all the haters now, so why piss and moan in every other thread? I like the stuff. A lot of people like the stuff. Kids will like the stuff. Please, give it a rest. |

I still do not get this Reactive amror suit vs. Accesllerator suit. People keep saying the accelerator suits are only in one scene..so do they wear reactive armor the rest of the movie? What does it do? Explode when they get shot? Reactiev amror on tanks is pretty devastating to human bodies...not sure how that is supposed to work properly on a person...way to go keeping it "real" once again....
I do like the Reactive armor idea way better than the accelerator suits, but comon they look like cobra Vipers or Xmen people not GI JOEs...one more excuse to keep them not looking like GI JOE but something else entirley...

I like this figure. The reactive suit looks decent. I guess I am in the minority once more.

I don't think this figure looks bad- it's a little blah, but the amount of detail is decent. The reactive impact armor doesn't look too bad, just not the most creative designs for all of the characters. As for the accelerator suits? Lame concept, but apparently only in one scene. While I have my doubts as to the quality of the upcoming film, Hasbro actually seems to be doing a halfway decent job with the toy designs, in my opinion.

I can see this looking awesome as a base body for Snake Eyes...just give him the scabbard from trenchcoat Snake Eyes, and the mouthless head, it might look awesome.
I like armored figures. |
