I understand your point, and one of the things I've always enjoyed about Hisstank is the cordial nature of all of the posters, and the lack of vitriole. I do believe, however, that it is valid for regular visitors to this site to discuss negative business transactions related to a product being presented to posters here, so that everyone can research and make a wise decision. I know there is a policy about off-site drama, but cutting off all reasonable, factual conversation about people who lost money in previous transactions seems a disservice to other members of this board who may not be aware that some issue exists.
If only that's what was going on. Some people can't have a normal level headed conversation and that's when we step in. We are not going to allow trolling on the forums.

That's fair. We obviously can't see what was posted when it's blocked, and I don't want to see this site descend into normal internet nonsense. Thanks for your hard work. To be clear, is it okay to discuss past experiences as long as they stay respectful? (Full disclosure, I do have experience in this matter, but won't discuss it, because it was several years ago, I'm not particularly bitter about it, and I don't recall the details, so don't want to make any claims that aren't 100% correct.)

These look amazing so far from the digital renderings. I really had no interest in the Wild West type toyline, but seeing these, I might rethink that. But you know what it's missing? INDIANS? Couple of Comanches? A Lakota Sioux? Maybe it's just me. Maybe the world is too PC now, but it seems like it would be a natural progression with the lineup. While I like the look of the Bar Keep and a Prospector sounds okay too, I would be further drawn in with a handful of American INdians.

Because they are going beyond past incidents and discussing things that aren't even related to the kickstarter at hand. Everything pertaining to past issues that you are concerned about are still alive and well on this thread. There's no shady moderating going on. Everything else is just beating a dead horse.

As promised, now that I have had some sleep, here is a list of items that we are talking about for series 2 of the line provided the KS does well enough to get us through series 1 and have some capital left over:
Soiled Dove Prairie Wife School Marm/Shopkeeper's Widow Calvary Officer Calvary Trooper Calvary Soldier (Buffalo Soldier) Gambler Shootist Blacksmith Fireman Native Tribal Scout Native Tribal Brave Native Tribal Chief Articulated Horse X4 different colorations Cannon w/ Trooper (Smalljoes.com exclusive) Gatling Gun w/ Soldier (website exclusive) All of these things are subject to change, but as you can see we have a pretty nice selection between just wv 1 and wv 2 of archetypes to fill out your town. If we get to wv 3, then we will have a "fat body" sculpted for the male figure to do some more and different towns people. Regarding the KS, when it goes live, there will be a poll for you guys to help pick names for the "Create Your Own Cowboy" and "Create Your Own Outlaw" as well as pick the color pattern for the Cowboy himself. More news on that as we approach the date.

Yeah, I have no history with any of this and am very interested in Western Style figures BUT I want the damn story on this BEFORE I pay anyone. Seems like Supply side classism or something to just squash all dissent and pick one side to stand with if this is indeed a legit complaint. Is it a "buys ad space" deal, is that why these guys cant even TALK about what happened?
Simple: Because it's drama that's 3 years old and has no place here. If people have a legit problem with Alyosha, take it up with him directly. Last time I checked, I don't see any "Broken Arrow Toys" banners on the side bar, do you? So let's keep the bullshit "buys ads" or anything out of the conversation. I know, I know, there's a ton of salty haters out there that like to claim that everything is based on money (funny, these same asshats show up here to promote their trash shortly thereafter) but the fact of the matter is simple: It's 3 years old. Don't like Aly? Cool, grow a set and hit him up directly. (not you, War, saying in general). |

Lady doth protest to much.
Where there's smoke. so on. I think I like Star Wars Quotes tho.... " Must have hit pretty close to the mark to get her all riled up like that" So Yall aren't doin yer buddies any favors here with that attitude, I aint buying any of, it as awesome as it looks, until I am allowed to hear out what these people are trying to tell me. And I might can bend a few ears to that direction as well I bet. So keep it up.
