So I just rewatched the animated movie the other night while I was bored senseless. I have always enjoyed the movie, and just like any movie animated or real life, I try not to pick it apart. But the one thing that stands out to me as a real "come on" kind of moment, is when the Rawhides hop in the Tomahawk to cruise into battle. I've never hated Chuckles or particularly loved him, but first is when he starts the damn rotors with his bare hands. Seriously? But the tip of the iceberg is when the chopper crashes through the building while Chuckles is riding on top under the rotors. It comes to a halt on the ground and who is the first one on their feet helping everyone else out of the rubble? Chuckles. Like he was glued to the top of the 'Hawk and gets not a scratch! I dont know if I missed it elsewhere, but when was Chuckles annointed one of the toughest Joe's out there other, than in the movie? Again I love the Joe Movie it will always have a special place with me but in a movie full of fantasy, those parts always stand out and make me laugh. No I didnt use a shameless pun there either.

Eh, I don't think about it all that much. For as much as I love GI Joe The Movie, Chuckles' super-strength is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to ridiculously impossible activities. The other thing to take in to consideration is that the toon universe is completely different from the comics, so while he is a hard nosed, interrogation/undercover specialist in the comics, the movie only establishes him as a silent buffoon.

yeah, the movie and toon really seemed more like 'here's an action figure, add it in' And there is no difference in what anyone can do other than how they dress themselves. Still fun to watch sometimes

Doesn't he also throws a missile with his hands?
If Sarge beaten Nemesis senseless, Chuckles would have made a knot with Serpentor, Golobulus and Nemesis necks! .
