Changed Norman Osborn to Admin of FEMA, and made Bolivar Trask Sec of Homeland Security.
Added Henry Gyrich as the Director of the NSA, and Val Cooper the Executive Director. Added Hope Taya (one of Lex's body guards) and another member of the Secret Service. And Geoffrey Wilder (Attorney General form the 1610 Universe) |

Typically, the CJCS is a high-ranking officer... either a General or an Admiral... and Isaiah Bradley never achieved either of those ranks. If you're aiming for as much realism as possible, how about Thunderbolt Ross as CJCS?

Also, Nick Fury might work as CIA Director, unless you plan on having SHIELD as part of your universe.
But, you could still have Nick Fury be CIA Director and his son, or Gabe Jones, be in charge of SHIELD.

Hes kinda a blank slate as far as Multiversal versions of him go. |

It's interesting to see how "variants" of characters can sneak their way into one's head canon.
This is a wonderful list. I'm too late to suggest Harvey Birdman, Attorney-at-Law as Attorney General. So I'll suggest Benton Quest for some kind of DARPA slot. And Frank Castle for Commandant of the Marine Corps. I believe in one version- early 90's? continuity- he had been a lieutenant during Vietnam. Had his family not been murdered, he might have stayed in an advanced in rank... |

Oh, and any COPS characters that could be adapted would be nice, too. No idea what their real names are, though.
