Watch out for journeay34. He bought a MISB Crimson Hiss from me. And as per the listing did not wait for an invoice, then made up some low ball price for shipping and refused insurance. It cost me more to ship it then he paid so I shipped it the way he paid for, Parcel Post, he then complained about it being damaged by the USPS saying it was my fault. I told him to send it back to me and as per all my listings I would offer a refund minus all ebay and paypal fees. He refused, decided to act like a child and call me an "asshole" and ruin my 100% rating which I have successfully maintained over the last decade.

I've decided to take it up in small claims court.

That does suck. You have to sue the person in the county they live in for small claims court.

Yeah I know. But that shouldn't be a problem. The guy wanted to keep the item and get his money back. WTF? I told him to send it back and I'd refund him according to my return policy which he agreed to the second he bid.

I opened a claim with eBay this morning.....guess he's got til the 24th to keep ignoring me before I can escalate the claim and get my $ back?

"Hi my friend, youre really awesome, idon know what happened,i think this is a bad luck for me, as i say in the past i work as a seller in diferent places of the country, but this time because xmas i have to work harder, im really far from my home, as i say i dont know whappened, i put a bid on your item with the idea that i can stay on home at time but really it's impossible to me, please let me pay the money that ebay charges to you for this item when im back, only let me know how. thanx and really sorry again, i promise to you i never put a bid on your items if i dont be pretty sure that im on my place. really thanx, jose."

Wasted my time, he is able to access the internet but unable to make a payment. Add him to your blocked bidder list and save the time and aggravation.

as a seller, he is overcharging buyers like insane prices! He charged someone $240.00 s/h for a repacked VvV 2 pack and $30+ s/h for 7 loose figures.......then he bought some customs from me (Mobat, Warthog & Armadillo) and I combined them @ $15 for shipping & handling and it turned out to be a little over $10 just for the postage. He is sending me threatening emails through ebay saying he demands a refund on the s/h since I overcharged him or he is going to complain to ebay about it.

Stay away from him as a buyer or a seller!

I picked up a Crimson Attack Tank off him and I was aware that the gun tip was repainted as well as the battery cover, but I get them and they were also cut up and looked like shit. Sent him a message and he tells me to basically suck it up. So we go back and forth for a few and it wasn't getting any where so I opened a case. He changes his story to ebay after I sent him pics and he clearly admits that his brother cut up the parts, which I call damaged at this point because they are. But he says to ebay that the parts were not cut and were basically perfect lol His last reply was the best one, this was after the case ended in my favor. The messages after the claim were great so I will see if I can pull those, these are the ones from my ebay inbox.
