How long ago did the auction end? If it's only been a few days, tell him to wait.

Either way, I would contact eBay and ask them what the deal is.

The auction ended on 9/5 I believe, a couple of days before I shipped it.

I've seen some talk on the ebay forums that sometimes the USPS carriers do not scan the labels. That's pretty screwed up since it might end up costing $60 +!

Where would I contact ebay? Just general contact?

Once you're signed in, click on the "customer support" link on the upper right corner of your main page. From there you will see a box with 2 tabs, click on the tab that says "contact ebay" from there just follow the steps.

If you printed the label directly from eBay, the delivery confirmation # should've been applied directly to the buyers auction. Sometimes USPS does not scan the packages until it is delivered. I would first contact USPS and see if they can find out where the package is. I have found that eBay's customer service is not always useful.

My history: I bought about 70 30th Anniversary MOC joes, paid 730 USD and have nothing. No money nor figures. I cannot get money back because the seller send me the invoice with friend/family opition, to avoid taxes. Unfortunetelly, this was is not secured by PayPal.

I've sent many mails. Had one resonse - when I wrote that I'm going to inform Police about this situation. A man replied, that the seller - a woman - is in hospital and he tries to work out the mess.

I just noticed this thread, I've already posted this on another page but not really had a reply!

I know It's not feedback related to a Tanker but I bought a really nice Condor from eBay user

Has anyone had dealings with this guy? I'm not trying to start a problem, I just haven't had any response in a week. He said in his description that he only posts once a week and is a very busy man which I fully appreciate but I have sent him 2 emails which he hasn't responded too! Any advice?? (I realize that I can get a refund through ebay if I don't hear anything after a few weeks, I just want the toy!). I noticed he has over the last 2 days started new auctions so he's obviously seen that I've sent a message, still no reply!

I have had quite a few sellers that don't respond, but yet I see new items going up. If he has and ebay store he can list many items at one time and set different dates for them to start. Also some of the these guys don't ship their own stuff. They pay someone else to do it and ignore most messages stating "Where is my item?". They feel they don't need to reply until the estimated arrival date has passed.
Keep doing what you are doing and make sure you save all of your attempts to contact the seller. If you haven't received your item in a couple of weeks you can open a claim. The key is to make sure you document all of your correspondence attempts. That will expedite your refund IF it comes to that.

@Desert Cat. I REALLY hope that's the case! Every night there's more stuff going up on his shop and still no message! I know if i've not heard anything by the 31st then I can open a case. It's this behavior that pi**es me right off with eBay! There's SO many good sellers that keep you informed and then there's these guy's that just can't be arsed! All I can say is IF I do get the Condor, there's no way on earth I leaving a 5 star response! that thing cost me $141.

Edit: Just noticed that the seller has shipped the Condor as of 19th. Result, only that it took nearly 2 weeks of him sitting on it! IMHO still poor.

I bought a Condor from him/her and it was all dumped in a box and shipped. No sort of packing material. Somehow, it seems to have survived the trip. The wife thinks its all in one piece (I'm overseas at the moment).

I wouldnt buy something like that from someone who is just gonna dump it in a box unprotected.

Or maybe I'm spoiled. A fellow Tanker wrapped EVERY SINGLE PIECE of the Terrordrome I bought from him in bubble wrap before shipping it.

Anyway, just a heads up.

Reminds me of when I bought my Defiant! The guy just put it in a box for a washing machine with a cushion on top! £450 worth of broken plastic!

he won 3 of my items and has yet to pay or respond.
i just checked his 100% feedback - it's ALL negative!
all say the same thing; no response, no payment - not sure why eBay hasn't booted this guy yet???

hopefully this saves others some aggrevation.

i HATE that i now need to open an unpaid buyer claim to get my fees back before i can offer the next highest bidders a second chance offer...
