The following is my list of blocked Ebay buyers. They failed to pay and/or filed false claims. Most are failure to pay. Some are bad ebay buyers from some friends also.

Carefully wrapped and mailed ALL five together, mailed it with DC and he got them on the 6th of October.

He emailed me on Oct 28th and said that he did not receive one of the figure from the Sept 28th auctions. BUT he already left feedback for the one that he bought on the 29th.

I emailed him and said that his was impossible as I mailed them altogether in one box and showed that he received them. I have not heard back from him.

Don't trust him. I am waiting for a Paypal claim to come up.

He is asking questions about my custom auction. He has a good feedback. It just makes me nervous.

I sold some items to a guy in Argentina. He paid real quick and I shipped them out to him. He emails me on Saturday and asks why the package DC# is showing that the item is in Canada. Huh?? I told him that I am not sure but given that it is Saturday, I can't do anything about it till Monday. Long story short, USPS sent my package to Canada and according to them it was delivered in Argentina. When they were told to look it up online, they confirmed that it was in fact, in CANADA. They told me that I needed to open a dispute and wait a few days. Well they told me today that they have contacted Canada and it takes them (Canada) anywhere from 30-60 days to respond and return the package. Long and short, this guy won't get his stuff for a few more weeks.

So he went and opened a Paypal dispute on Monday, which I gotta say, I don't blame him. However, it left me with a negative balance in my Paypal. Bank transfers take 3-5 days so I couldn't do anything with my Paypal until the funds were available.

So I won an auction from this guy, xxxguttermouthxxx, on Sunday night (when I had a Paypal balance) and while I 100% agree that he said he wanted to be paid in 3 days, there was NOTHING I could do until the bank transfer went through. I didn't plan on this happening and I have almost $150 tied up in this Paypal dispute. When I told him, he said too bad, he's not waiting any more to be paid and he's relisting the item.

I get this bright idea to ask my dad to send me the money from HIS Paypal account via an instant payment to free up my account (which he was good enouh to do). That knocked out my negative balance and now I could just send the money by doing an instant transfer from MY bank account.

The seller refused the sale! I told him what was happening as the WHOLE situation was out of my control. I tried to recitfy it and he was not willing at all to be a LIL more patient or lenient.

So he relisted the auction and asked me to cancel the transaction. I told him where to go.

Apparently my ten years of eBay experience and 100% feedback meant nothing to him. I would advise to avoid this putz as he is completely unreasonable.

Follow up to this whole messed up mess.

So the guttermouth seller refused the sale and wouldn't accept payment. So I never got the stuff I won. Guys STILL a jerk, BTW

So the seller from Argentina FINALLY got his package today, closed the claim and left feedback. I got my money back and we are all square now. I loved the fact that Gutter head refused the sale because I had "shady dealings" yet I have ten years on Ebay and 100% feedback. I have sold a ton of high priced items and buyers have been nothing but thrilled with them.

So gutterfoot, if you are reading this: Take my "shady dealings" and get bent!

Out of his 14 auctions 13 are comic book related. Most are of this same item the other is Transformer. He's sold more of the Joe e-comics

i thought he was just supplying a link or something. ive seen thoes auctions before were the buyer sells a link to a site that has the material needed. i didnt realize he personaly scaned each page indepentetly of the entire line of gi joe comics (guy must have loads of free time on his hand) on his own computer and loaded to a private server (or put it in a zip file) and was selling the comics that way. in that case yeah i see its illegal.

Having a really bad time with ebay seller proudpaapaa1. Back on 3/16/09 I won a Target Cobra Rattler for $37.00 and a Target Conquest X-30 for $21.50. They both had free s/h on them. Come 2 weeks later and no jets in the mail, so I sent an email to him. He replied back that they were returned to him by the post office for really bad packaging and that he'd have to get ahold of a bigger/better box to ship them and that he'd ship them by that Friday and I'd have them by the next Thursday. Once again, a no show so I waited until that Saturday and then sent another email to him. He then replied that he was sorry and would either refund my money or ship the jets out with tracking number & a $10 refund but he couldn't do either until after 4/15/09 because he had money tied up in his paypal account from an international sale. I waited until the 22nd and had not heard anything from him(and still no jets or tracking number!) and then filed a complaint with paypal. I gave him a week(as per paypal rules) and sent him 5 more emails throughout the week with no response what so ever, not even to the message(s) sent to him from paypal, so I just upped it to a claim.
I will never deal with him again and hope nobody else on here gets screwed by him.
