At the risk of getting yelled at, I'm wanting to use Action Force Blowback's head for Classified Falcon. Falcon's neck ball is substantially smaller than Blowback's. I was wondering what the best path to address this is. This is pretty far outside my typical wheelhouse, but I strongly dislike that Flavon head. I did search the forums but couldn't find what I needed. Probably because I don't know what I should be searching for.

Well you could use a dremel and dremel it so it fits, though if youre new to using a dremel i recommend using a practice head. Depended on how big a difference you could use a hair dryer and superheat the hole in the head and see if you can work it on that way.

the problem is Falcon's neck joint is too small? I pack a little TP pieces I ripped off into the head until I get a secure fit on the peg.

Tried this myself, didn't like it (the skin tone is WAY off), and he had severe giraffe neck (which led to me just bashing Blowback into Chris Redfield). But if you're absolutely committed, just wrap some plumber's tape, or even just parts of a cotton ball, around Falcon's peg until it's thick enough. This way you're not damaging anything and can switch everything back should you change your mind.

When a peg is too small I use some non-blue blue tac.
It would be nice to find an alternative head for Falcon's body. Is there a 1/12 scale Don Johnson from Miami Vice out there? The Falcon head works on a different combo of parts. Now he has either a Fred Ward or Charles Bronson look.

Plumber's tape! Hadn't thought of that. Also loving the Falcon head on that Outback torso. Dang. The Blowback head isn't an exact match, no, but I took a couple of test shots with it and really dig it.

On occasion you might find an older figure (like pre-2020) with a head that runs small, but the figures are 1:10, and the more modern figures have heads that run a bit large for their own bodies.
