Anyone have an idea on how? My Resolute Duke's legs are really loose and wobbly.

unscrew the thighs and see if they have friction plugs (The little round white things that rub between the t-ball and the outer thigh) If there are friction plugs then flip them upside down.
You'll see that one side is rounded to act as a seat for the ball to sit in, tunr this side towards the outer thigh so the ball is now on the flat side of the friction plug. Once you put the leg back together, it should be stiffer |

If it's at the hips, then I've always just added a "dab" of super glue on the ballpoint of the tbar and worked it around so it doesn't set and that usually has worked well for me....it keeps them from being too loose and wobbly

Another way is to put a very thin drop of krazy glue on the metal ball and let it dry before reattaching the legs. Fixed a lot of loose legs that way. If you put to much, you can just scrape off the excess.
Edit: Damn, Arashikagetat a little faster on the post today. |

You could also try finger nail polish for loose joints...It's something I picked up along the way dealing with old Transformers that have gone all floppy...Obviously use the clear stuff.

I use the super glue method as well. Works like a charm.

i cut the sides of the round rubber thingie, then apply super glue on the "U" shape(the part that connects to the T-bar)on the inner thigh.the loose legs issue are thus completely solved.

all of the these methods work but the paper method is the easiest and works great.
