Mini-Bio: Jackknife grew up around knives, using them from a very young age. He has been trained to throw them (with deadly accuracy), use them in close combat fighting, and for creating some of the most effective traps (with only what he could find in the woods around his home). After graduating High School, Jackknife joined the Army and went to bootcamp, where his instructors soon found that he was better at hand-to-hand and knife fighting than they were, so he was "volunteered" to train the other men in his platoon, and then the entire company. Afterwards, Jackknife saw action in Iraq during the first Gulf War (as a young private), again during the second war (as a Warrant Officer), and most recently has been in Afghanistan.
General Hawk asked Jackknife why he wanted to be a member of GI Joe, and his reply, "Because I am the best at what I do. You need the best, because that is what it takes to win, and winning is what it takes to save lives." Hawk liked what he heard (as well as what he had read in Jackknife's records) and gave him a spot on the team. You know, it's all well and good to make customs using all the cool armored and stylized and awesome look parts.....(like the million customs that utilize POC Snake Eyes parts)
But it takes a lot of patience and creativity to make a cool customer out of seemingly "regular clothing" parts like these. Job well done sir. This is a cool custom thats not flashy (by design), but still excellently done. |
