Thanks!
I enjoyed the movies for what they were so when I do eventually commit to a movie section, they’ll all be the characters they played in the films. I have to go back through the game at that point too & make sure they made a figure of every character. I want to say they did even though there were a lot of them. I do need to figure out a President Zartan though. I still wonder what would have happened with the sequel if the Rock got that rumored cameo as Shipwreck in Rise of Cobra. Is Shipwreck leading the team in Retaliation or do they go in another direction?

For the Ninja Commandos though, next up is the new member of the team, Knock-Out! Love that they didn’t just go all repaints or new versions for this group & actually gave the Joe’s a new member. Does make me wonder what the Cobra group to oppose them would have looked like.
Another all Marauder build, just added a little chrome & paint to one leg & the head. Two tones & the chrome actually came out really decent on the head in person.

Sweet man. Chrome can get tricky . You ever tried doing a weathered look on metal paint?

Thanks! Haven’t tried weathering with the chrome or on any Joe’s yet, my main focus has been to finish the original ARAH run so I’ve been trying to balance between realistic & the toy / toon look so everything has been kept pretty clean.
I did the Boss Fight customizing class that just wrapped up so that was my introduction to washes & dry brushing so I’m probably going to try to start implementing some of those into my paint jobs. Was thinking about making my first attempt at military weathering on some of the World War 2 figures, give them more of a wartime look.

Knock Out looks neat!
I too honestly really liked the movies. I do eventually plan to have a dedicated movie shelf, but I currently don’t have enough movie figures so for now I just mix them in with my other Joes. |

Nice. I’ve thought about the Cobra component, as well. After all, they did have a Road Pig planned.

These are all fantastic! It's great seeing figures of a group we never actually got.
Do you have any source material confirming that Knockout was a G.I. Joe? I always assumed he was going to be a Cobra, but then again, I don't have any source material myself stating that he was supposed to be a bad guy. |

Yeah, they were fun for what they were. I’ll catch myself watching them when they are on tv. The figures are just a little pricy to pick up now, I had been working to finish off what I wanted with Rise of Cobra but prices kept the process fairly slow. I did really well with the vehicles though so at some point I’ll get who I’m looking for. Quote:

So, yeah, haha, my five are all Joe’s, not because of anything official that I’ve seen, just because that’s how I’ve always thought about them in my head cannon.

I thought similarly about Road Pig, given his split personality disorder, and the inverted color of his hair.
