Crystal Ball was in one of the last figures I bought during my initial collecting days and he was not a character I even liked- by then, Hasbro was really reaching in their characters designs and I was still buying the figures simply because I wanted new figures to collect. With all of that aside, I think your figure is a pretty neat custom- especially for a character I didn't like. He doesn't look 'fanatical' and 'mentally unbalanced' like the original either and that helps too. Today, if the character was available, I would buy it again. Does that make it that I am still buying just for the sake of collecting?
