My first version of Lone Ranger (with Silver) was roughly based on how I remember him as a kid. This new version's look was based on the 80's Lone Ranger cartoons. Currently, I'm re-discovering Filmation cartoons with the kids. I re-customized Lone Ranger V1's Silver into She-Ra's unicorn, Swiftwind. Until I get a new horse figure, this ranger will stay "lone" for the moment. This custom figure goes out to my dad, Francisco Valeriano (1954-2010). He introduced me to Lone Ranger, my first fiction hero.
Hope you like it! Last edited by icecreamman; 08-27-2014 at 04:40 PM.. |

Yes. I just hope I could find a good base figure for Tonto.

Good Job on your custom! I also grew up with The Lone Ranger (Clayton Moore) and even had a Lone Ranger set with holster and two pistols which is long gone...the ravages of time and moving from one army base to the next meant most of my old toys went M.I.A.

great job icecreamman. Everything looks right about this figure.
I used to have a 9" action figure by MARX toys, there was a huge range at one point. |
