dude your space program is probably looking better than Nasa right now. All the sudden Steelgrave is going to get abducted for showing off his outer space stuff from top men.

That's all I'm focusing my collection on now. I'm working on selling everything else & my entire toy collection will be space related. That's always been my thing ever since Star Wars, Star Trek, Micronauts, Space 1999, Buck Rogers & Battlestar Galactica.

You know what really kicks ass? The Fisher Price Alpha Star:
I just got both of those MIB the other day. The Alpha Star is better than most of the GI Joe toys. It's got a motor that goes forwards or backwards & you can steer it using the orange lever on the top. The camera thing spins as it moves. A little robot scavenger pops out the back when you release the hatch. And the cockpit detaches & forms a shuttle kinda like the ones in Star Trek The Motion Picture. The decals were unapplied so I was able to put them on perfectly straight. I got them for $20 each. The Alpha Star is one of the best toys I've bought in a while. A lot better than the crap Hasbro has been making for GI Joe lately. I just need to get a better alien figure for it. WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE?!!! i want!

I got them off ebay last week. And the best part is, the seller was close to me so I picked them up & didn't have to blow $25 on shipping.
I also bought the Alpha Recon off ebay. That didn't get here yet. Now all I need is the Alpha Interceptor. The Alpha Interceptor is the only one I had when I was little. It's awesome going back & getting the others now. I also got X-Ray Woman & I'm working on Brainoid. Check out this auction. A guy updated a lot of the Adventure People with modern era Joes. I'd love to buy them but I can't afford it. I like how he used a B.A.T. to make Clawtron. Custom Fisher Price Adventure People Clawtron Brainoid Astro Knight X Ray Woman | eBay Looks like he tinted an invisible Woman figure green to make X-Ray Woman. Pretty sweet. I'd do the same thing but she towers over all the others. Kinda looks like She-Hulk. Here's some good pics of the other vehicles. That orange moon rover is the Alpha Recon, when I get mine I'm painting it white. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fisher-Price...#ht_500wt_1415 Last edited by Steelgrave; 11-09-2011 at 06:50 PM.. |
