I like Trimpe best. To me the 80's Marvel style is perfect for GI Joe (and all comic books actually), and Trimpe was really good at that style. I also voted for Hama, but he only did a couple of issues.

I'm a huge Bright fan. Zarana and the Baroness duking it out in a helicopter over New York is burned into my mind. I'd flip out if IDW found a way to have him pencil a book. |

I would have added Zeck.. but Zeck was a COVER artist, he didn't do the artwork inside.

Man that is a tough choice.
Overall Ron Whigham. Best Vehicles/Backgrounds -Herb Trimpe. Especially on Special Missions. I also like Ron Wagner too. |

Michael Golden would be my favorite. I always wished he had done more than just Yearbook #2. That blew me away as a kid.
