Yes and no...it depends on how it's treated, I guess.
I remember as a kid reading a forward to Batman #500 (I think) written by Stephen King, where he essentially said that Batman's lack of superpowers made him more interesting, and more frightening as a result. It's one thing to face danger and unspeakable horror as a god-like entity; quite another to do so as a mortal human powered only by obsession and righteousness. That's a motherfucker you don't wanna mess with. The thing is though, escapism is still escapism, and there's nothing actually realistic about even the most "realistic" treatments of Batman. Part of the problem is we're a society and culture bankrupt of genuine creativity, so we basically just retread the same shit over and over again nowadays. I mostly enjoyed the new Batman flick, but it was obviously just the same ol' tropes and ideas we've seen countless times now. And once you explore world mythology, you can't help but realize we've been telling the same stories for millenia. Maybe there's just nothing left to do with Batman anymore other than take him to extremes in either realism or fantasy. Regardless of what you do, 50% of the nerds aren't gonna be happy with it, but they'll also soon turn their ADHD/OCD onto some new "outrage" so none of it matters anyway.

Spidey, for me. He's just more relatable. Superman is boring as hell and although I DO like Batman, he's not relatable at all. Batman DOES have the best rogue's gallery of the bunch, though, with Spidey coming a close second. Actually, Spider-Man is third... the X-Men are second.
Lastly, Spider-Man has the better overall film catalogue, in my opinion. Spider-Man 2 is still one of my all-time favourite superhero movies and beats any of Batman or Superman's films. I enjoyed Batman Begins, but I think The Dark Knight is overrated (mostly because I thought Heath Ledger was annoying). The two Burton films were good, not great and the Schumacher films were terrible. I hate Robert Pattinson, so The Batman was a big failure, to me. Superman... well, his only decent film, in my opinion, was Superman 2. Although I do like Henry Cavill in the role, Man of Steel was a boring film, to me. The original Superman movie was merely ok and the rest suck ass. The only really bad Spider-Man film, in my eyes, is The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which was just godawful. I disliked Venom in Spider-Man 3, but Sandman was a great character and Tobey still kicked ass in that film.

While it depends on the circumstances and the writer, Batman usually has a chance against Superman. Superman more or less snatches him up by his grappling line when they first meet in Man of Steel #3, but Batman manages to play on Supes being a compassionate, good guy to handle the situation. (He claims he's got bombs planted all over Gotham knowing that Superman won't risk it)
Bats comes out on top in Hush by utilizing the Kyrptonite ring Superman entrusts him with (knowing that Batman would the only person capable of and willing to put him down if he had to) to subdue him long enough for Catwoman to get to Lois. Of course the most famous BaVictory is in Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. It's important to note that, while this is probably his most effective defeat of The Man of Steel, it's also a pre-planned situation that Batman has meticulously set up, and the fight abruptly ends when Batman fakes his death. Batman *can* win, but only if he's able to exploit Superman's weaknesses. As a Justice League member, he has access to a whole lot of tech that your average vigilante doesn't. But Batman's wins are always based on going into the fight with preparation and exploiting the fact that, deep down, Superman is a nice guy who will protect innocents first and foremost. But, I mean, if Superman were mean and decided that he wanted to laser vision Batman into dust while he's fighting thugs on a rooftop, then he could. A rampaging Superman is more or less unstoppable.
