Dragasses:
that's pretty danged cool.

thanks for the pics hisstank staff.
Xenos:
Interesting...I wish the vehicles were more true to the original toys. As it is, they are cool looking, but nothing about them screams "GI Joe"
Xenos:
The Kreons are awesome though.
ekko:
OK then, mark these down as a buy...
The Commander:

I personally think the Fang and Trouble Bubble scream GI Joe

True, the Check Point Alpha is a total win too. I just would rather have had a Hiss then that blue tank, and a Moray instead of that Battleship leftover.

Looks like that set also nails the RAM.
Xenos:
The TTBP looks like it might be good too, but it's hard to tell from these pictures.
I wish they tossed out the mech and just put more effort into the VAMP.
The Moccasin is cool, but I wish it were green. I'll have to get and extra one of those sets to lengthen it and add in a gunners seat.
I like the Dragonfly well enough (though there is room for improvement), and I'll probably be army building the Ninja Dojo set.
Maximus:
I'm lovin' these Kreons!
The Game:
My god! Bye bye money!
Mech-Viper:
I figured with we see some of the battleship line in there, still looks cool, can't wait to buy them
steve2477:
cool stuff.
Super_Megatron:
The Kreon design translated pretty well to GIJoe.
skinny:
The figures are mostly instantly recognizable which is good and we got Snake Eyes(v2) Stalker Scarlett Rock n Roll and Clutch of the O13 plus the three Original Cobras.
Looks like 5 of the 8 Battleship sets are here almost identical:
TTBP and I think FANG
KRE-O BATTLESHIP BOAT Battle Base Set | Building Sets for ages AGES 7-14 | Hasbro
Cutter's ship
KRE-O BATTLESHIP U.S.S. MISSOURI Construction Set | Building Sets for ages 8 TO 14 YEARS | Hasbro
Dragonfly
KRE-O BATTLESHIP COMBAT CHOPPER Construction Set | Building Sets for ages AGES 7 - 14 | Hasbro
Hiss
KRE-O BATTLESHIP BOAT MINE STRYKER Set | Building Sets for ages 7 - 14 YEARS | Hasbro
Grenades and weapons, pilot
KRE-O BATTLESHIP Land Defense Battle Pack Construction Set | Building Sets for ages 6 - 12 YEARS | Hasbro
KRE-O BATTLESHIP AIR ASSAULT Set | Building Sets for ages 7 - 14 YEARS | Hasbro

The mini Order with Law is a nice touch
I am still going to pass though.
CaptainDad:
These look really, really cool!
Xenos:
I think the Missouri is a bit bigger then Cutter's ship, but you're definitely right on about the Dragonfly and Hiss.

I guess this all makes sense though if these are starting out as a TRU exclusive like some people were thinking they were.
Lantern_Lad:
Damn... I'm gonna go broke.
Artifex:
Wow, these look absolutely fantastic!!!

On the side: Does anyone know if Kre-O is compatible tiwh Lego?
revsears:
dissapointed that we didn't get a tank set that matched the promo (and marvel # 1) art.

On the fence a bit. I've never liek the Kre-0 arm design and it looks odd on the entirely sleevless quick kick, and i'm not sure I like their selections.

Still I want my son to be able to play with lego and G.I.Joes. It may be awhile before is up to it, but It would probably best to grab these now, as who knows if it will last.
Nightrain:
Those are incredible. Especially the figures.
Jacklefttown:
Yes, I love the figures and the smaller vehicles. But I'll probably only get a few. Snake-Eyes, Scarlett and Storm Shadow are a MUST BUY for me in any toy line.
G.I. Shaft:
The vehicles look nice. The Kreon figures are horrible, it's the shape of their heads.
G.I. Shaft:
My custom Lego Jinx looks better than the Kreon one.
Ash Talon:
Disappointed, yet not shocked, in so much reuse of the Battleship stuff. Because of the reuse, the vehicles stray a bit too much from the classic designs. The figures look neat, though.

Ultimately, I don't need another line to collect, though.
Ash Talon:
The flocked hair on the one Joe is awesome.
teemu8:
the figures are great, not so much the vehicles....they should of stuck with classic vehicles too
firefox91:
I guess I am spoiled by the advanced designs by Lego because I am completely unimpressed by any these vehicles. They truly have the level of design that Lego did 30 years ago. I mean they are at least a step up from the really terrible BTR sets, these don't excite me at all.
boomer77:
Definitely a step in the right direction to get younger children interested in Joes.
Very Cool.
Lody:
Oh my
Hellion42:
Those pictures made me smile. My wallet, on the other hand, wasn't so much smiling as grimacing.
isilaran:
Must possess that alley viper and Fro Colton!
Bleak5170:
Clutch and the V.A.M.P.? I'm officially on board.

I agree. I don't think these are final just yet, though.
Nirvana:
These look terrible.
pig iron grenadier:
Scarlett looks like a haggard , old woman...
Shin Densetsu:
Def getting the ninjas. LOVE how Kamakura is in the V1 figure colors! For those that don't know, the way he appeared in Spytroops was somewhat different than the way he was depicted when he 1st showed up in DDP and in subsequent toys. There is a substantial amount of characters that I didn't even expect to see initially. Lots of nods to older collectors in character selection here.

Might buy 2 Dragonflies to make a bigger one. This one looks too small. Heh, maybe turn it into an AH-1Z at least. With the canopy piece was more accurate though, this one looks better for a fighter or an Apache copter.

Very surprised to see an Alley Viper. Kick ass.
Steevy Maximus:
I'm impressed with what I'm seeing: they are retro friendly, lots of varying characters, lots of the "GI Joe flavor".

Though I wouldn't be surprised of many were "works in progress", judging from the TF sets, I'm fully expecting more figs with each set, and the two "figure lines" were probably completed concepts waiting for final decision where to put them (or sets we haven't seen)
Shin Densetsu:
I'm happy with what I saw, impressed actually, but for vehicles I was hoping we would get something like this seen here:
Oppa Kre-O Style - GI Joe News
loachridge:
I have been waiting for this. I just wish Mega Bloks would have done it.
Iron Guru:
I like the idea but I won't be buying it for myself. I do find it ironic that they have a v1 colored Law on display, but didn't release one as a part of the 30th line. I do like the one they released as it was more classic looking than the one that was being shown at the cons. However, I'd still like to see Law released looking even more like his v1 self in the ME line.

Why? Oxford's stuff is WAY better than Mega Blocks.

exactly...how this company nail these sets but Hasbro can't???
Trigue:
I will justify buying these by claiming they are for my children. That I don't have, but some day will.

I really expected these to be very "meh". but they've won me over with the classic ARAH approach and checkpoint alpha and the TTBP.
Shin Densetsu:

BEST. EXCUSE. Evar!

These seem a lot of fun. However I will alter the builds. The Kreons are fine but the vehicles, I will make them bigger and better.
paraviper:
Might have to start picking some of these up. When will these be out?

Umm...that company is where Kre-O came from.
DESTRO:
Kre-O is awesome but not one movie poster was up or figure on display?
