I'm sure this is considered sacrilege by many. But who has used superglue on Joes that aren't broken? Who uses glue to keep (small) accessories or weapons affixed that can easily get lost?
I'm thinking about supergluing the helmet on my bald version 14 Cobra Trooper. That should have been one piece with his head anyway. Also thinking about gluing Shockblast's hat on him. I'm not a fan of the gasmask. I superglued the black mouthpiece to my v5 Tele-Viper. That can easily get lost, & it just doesn't look like a Tele-Viper without one. I also glued one of Helix's pistols into her hand. Without glue, her hand could never really hold it. And it's a small enough gun where it doesn't interfere with her fitting in any vehicles or anything. |

I glue items into place all the time. If something keeps falling off or I want to add an extra accessory to a belt... And Viper googles...

i only use my 25th figures for display... so i have no problem with using superglue. i have glued ripper's equipment to his backpack, i have glued a briefcase to chuckles's goofy left hand, i have glued "sgt. altitude's" ie. ripcord's floating halo mask cord to his chest, and alley viper's equipment to his backpack.
works great, as far as i'm concerned. |

oh, i use superglue on my joes all the time, especially on customs. i used it to keep blowtorch's ill fitting helmet and gas mask together. i'd rather my figures look like i want all geared up and sacrifice a removable part here and there than have stuff not fit right.

Guilty.
Viper goggles to start, then moved on to affixing a small strap in the back of my kitbashed Rapid-Fire's vest to hold a shot gun. It's great stuff! And I see bright twinkling stars when I sniff the bottle long enough

First thing I do when I get a new Viper is find my KG tube. I've used it one or two times for other stuff, but that's the main thing.

Glue works great on Joes. If you want to be able to remove the piece w/o "damaging" the pieces, you can try Tacky Glue or watercolor mask. I've only heard about the watercolor mask, but I hear it's pretty much the same as that rubbery stuff that come right off electronics that you buy.
