^^^ Agree... Plus I was looking at one of the ARAH figs today and I realized they are all really short.. what I mean is if you look at their scale.. if they were real people they would look pretty weird.. their calvs are too short.

I didn't vote based on the bias in the choices.
That said, this is a NEW line after all that is NOT part of the old 80's line. Why on Earth would ANYONE think that any part of this new line would be designed to work with old figures/vehicles? It's like complaining that Sony dvd players don't play my old VHS tapes. The horror, the horror.

I just make the 25th figures work. You can file down the old footpegs and sometimes it will hold your new figures. Secondly, if the figures are too big to fit in a certain vehicle, I just remove the lower legs. You can't see the omission when the figures are in the vehicle and it looks great. I have a vintage Dragonfly with 25th Wild Bill and Ace (TRU 3 pack) and it looks fantastic. But if you remove the figures, you'll find that they're both amputees.

despite the fact that they both are G.I. Joe toys and the characters are designed the same, the 25th and RAH lines are two separate toylines entirely. I don't expect G.I. Joe Extreme figures to fit into my 25th vehicles just because they are both part of the same brand.

i dunno what hes complaining about..i have a havoc and while they dont fit PERFECTLY they fit well enough. same with my shaggin wagon (battle Wagon) NIGHTRAVENS AND SKYSTRIKER. I mean the figures are about 1/4th to 1/2 inches taller than the og figures. STILL most vintage stuff works well enough.

I don't really look at the 25th Joes as being in a different scale - it's more like they finally stretched out the bodies to match the giant heads.
Seriously though, where is the 25th scale Havok? My kids have grown up with GI Joe the movie and the Havok is the Joe vehicle as far as they're concerned. |

Would it kill them to put a little disclaimer on the figures. May not fit with older vehicles. This totally came out of left field. I already hated their wider crotches and bull legged sit down stance, now this ugh. I was so happy my son had a Hawk, Duke, Flint, Snake Eyes, and Beachhead that I never had, and now this totally rains on my memory lane parade.
I guess I'll try to drill a wider hole in the foot? I mean, if I buy old Joes, I dont want the modified thinner peg not fitting them, so its best to modify the new feet I guess. Im pretty sure handed with a dremel, but this is about to be the heaviest pressure surgery Ive ever done so far. Sorry if some of you feel Im whinning, but if your not playing with them, and getting yelled at from your wife for every new Joe you sneak out and buy your son, you cant really understand.... |

Where's the "None of the above" option?
If you'd done your homework and researched the 25th line a little you'd have found out that most if not all the old RAH vehicles from the 80's can't fit the new figures. |

i love the 25th figs. alot of the 25th figs fit fine. the older scale figs are dead to me. besides the havoc was a crapy toy anyway. love live 25th annv. and resolute!
