Dr. Venom: Malpractice Dr. Archibald Monev is a real genius. People throw the term around alot, but he is the real deal. His serums and toxins can make you superhuman, or make you half lizard. Look in wikipedia under evil mad doctor and there is literally a picture of him in there. He is also a complete sociopath, which means that he doesn't think killing you is wrong and he doesn't get why people make such a big about it. He's not a martial artist or a soldier, but Dr.Venom will hurt you, plain and simple. Result; Hurt one target -5, shield protection does not apply. Hurt Airtight -5 |

Use HQ Command Weapons Barrage: Offensive These are the big guns; Destroyer mounted rail guns, Satellite Weaponry, Naval bombardment, Heavy bombers, etc.. Using this command, you will rain death and destruction upon the enemy. Result; 20% of max hp damage to all enemies, including troops, vehicles and buildings. This means that if an enemy has a max hp of 100, you will do Hurt -20 to that target. |
