original teken at the nickle arcade (man i miss thoes), i used law and kicked ass vs the computer but co op i got owned, i never figured that one out.
also spent alot of money on the original mortal kombat in the arcade. tmnt arcade brings back memories as well. never quite beat that one. I got close but always ran out of quarters. lets see, always had fun with the terminator game that had the gun, classic pac man (thats the wifes favorite too), plenty of others. now days the games are very hi tech and cost an arma nd leg to play one round. it makes it not as worth it :( i mean really a dollar a game?

I can remember the early ones like Battlefield, and the Tron arcade games were the shit. Then there was Donky Kong. They had this one at my local Alpha Beta grocer and I'd play all afternoon. I remember waiting in line to play Dragon's Lair, and when my dojo put Dig Dug, and Pole Position in their lobby.
Who can forget these beauties:

Cool pic Roland!
Man Dragon's Lair...I remember seeing it for the 1st time in the arcade called "Time Out" in Livingston Mall. I had absolutely no friggin' clue what to do and promptly died twice...yup because even back when Dragon's Lair was 50 cents. I played a few more times, watched Dirk turn into a skeleton and that was that. I was mesmorized by that game. Finally like a year later it ended up at a deli by my house and I watched all the older kids play it and figured out what was going on. By the time DLII came around was actively hanging out at the arcade and playing pretty hardcore...still, I never beat it. It just moved so damn fast! |

Ikari Warriors, POW, Dungeons and Dragons, Final Fight, Bad Dudes, and TMNT all ate my life. Ill probably come up with more later.
Also I remember playing this Golgo 13-esque secrent agent side shooter with henchmen in diff colored KKK masks. Ring any bells? |
